I really enjoyed losing weight, I used to refresh this sub 5 times a day, but after a while I guess i allowed myself to become distracted and stopped logging calories or weighting myself entirely, got to the point where I felt better ignoring it than actually doing something. It’s a weird thing. I’m still 16lb lighter than my peak weight but I’m muchmore body conscious than I’ve ever been…
