Bigby: What about Jack? Snow: I have evidence that suggests that last week he was planning to meet you, or perhaps already has. Keira was bit curiously so she listen carefully, was this part of the case? Frau: He stopped by, bit of a rush, terribly impolite, seem to be under the impression, that he could treat me some sort of common tree elder issue, of the vial of paper at me and expected it be worth my skills

Keira: What was he looking purchase? Frau: Glamour magics, to alter the appearance

Frau explained what Jack wants, if it was spell or get a glamour a witch would provided and Frau is the head of the Witches and Wizards of the 13th floor of the apartment. Keira: Why he would need a glamour?

Frau: I did not ask, it was of little inters to me, and I do not accept lumps sums of cash,

Snow: You deal in favours

Frau: And more valuable currency, the boy did not have the stomach for it, I assume he took his business elsewhere, he seemed rather glum when I turned him away, but he did not make much of a fuss
