Script:

Hello. As you know, I am Strix.

Take a deep, slow breath in… and let it out with a sigh. Do that again. Breathe in deeply… filling your lungs completely… and exhale, letting go of any tension you might be holding onto.

Right now, there is nowhere else you need to be. There is nothing else you need to do. The events of the day, the stress, the endless thoughts… they can all wait. Imagine all of those thoughts like leaves resting on the surface of a gentle river… just watch them float away, drifting further and further out of sight.

With every word I say, and with every breath you take, you can allow yourself to drift deeper into a state of profound, heavy relaxation.

Feel the muscles in your forehead smoothing out. Allow your jaw to unclench. Let your shoulders drop and sink heavily into the surface beneath you. You are safe. You are comfortable. You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Continue to follow the rhythm of your breathing. Notice how the air feels cool as it enters… and warm as it leaves. That simple, rhythmic motion is the only thing you need to focus on right now. Sinking down… drifting deeper… letting go completely.

As your mind becomes quiet and still, I want you to shift all of your awareness down into your physical body. For so much of the day, we live entirely in our heads. But right now, I invite you to return to your senses.

Bring your attention to the surface of your skin. Notice the temperature of the air resting against you. Notice the texture of the fabrics touching you. Just allow yourself to FEEL.

Every nerve ending in your body is beginning to wake up… slowly, gently. As you relax deeper, your sensitivity is increasing.

Imagine a soft, heavy wave of relaxation washing down from the top of your head, cascading down your neck, flowing over your chest, down your stomach, all the way to your fingertips and toes. But as this wave relaxes your muscles, it awakens your senses. It leaves behind a faint, pleasant tingling.

You are feeling more connected to your physical self than you have all day. You are safe to let go of any walls, any barriers, any hesitation. Just exist right here, feeling heavy, relaxed, and incredibly present.

As you lie there, deeply relaxed and completely safe, I want you to imagine a small, glowing ember of warmth resting deep in your core. It’s a very soft, very gentle heat.

With every breath you take in, that ember glows just a little bit brighter. And with every breath you let out, that warmth begins to spread.

Breathe in… the glow brightens. Breathe out… the warmth radiates outward.

Feel that heavy, liquid warmth spreading through your stomach… down through your hips… settling deep within your center. It feels incredibly good. It feels natural. It is a quiet, powerful energy that has been waiting patiently for you to acknowledge it.

As this warmth spreads, you might notice your heart beating just a little bit stronger. You might notice your breathing becoming just a little bit deeper. Allow that to happen. Allow your body to respond to this beautiful, sensual energy.

Imagine, for a moment, the feeling of anticipation. That exquisite tension just before a touch. Imagine the feeling of being completely desired, completely adored, and completely free to enjoy it.

Think about the sensation of a soft, slow touch tracing along your skin. Because your senses are so awake right now, even the thought of that touch sends a shiver of pleasure down your spine. The warmth in your core is growing hotter, heavier, more magnetic.

You are a deeply sensual being. And right now, all of your natural desires are rising to the surface, unclouded by stress, unobstructed by worry. You are profoundly relaxed, yet completely alive, thrumming with a quiet, powerful anticipation.

Every word I speak turns up the dial on that warmth. You feel a deep, magnetic pull toward connection, toward pleasure, toward intimacy. It is safe to want this. It is safe to crave this. Let the warmth flood your entire body, making your skin feel highly sensitive, making your mind feel hazy with desire.

Just marinate in that feeling. Heavy. Warm. Sensitive. Ready.

In a moment, I am going to count from one to five. When I reach five, you will open your eyes. You will be fully awake, fully alert, but you will not leave this feeling behind.

You will bring this intense warmth, this heightened sensitivity, and this beautiful, heavy anticipation with you into the room. You will feel deeply relaxed, beautifully aroused, and completely ready to connect.

One. Feeling the energy traveling up through your body, keeping that heat anchored deep in your core.

Two. Becoming aware of the room around you, the surface beneath you, your senses perfectly tuned and awake.

Three. Taking a deep, energizing breath in, feeling a rush of confidence and desire washing over you.

Four. Stretching your muscles, feeling how alive and sensitive your skin is, eagerly anticipating what comes next.
