How do you deal with the fact that your partner doesn't want more kids and you do? How. How am I supposed to not have more kids?

When we first got together I told him straight up that I wanted a big family and four kids. He agreed. I know people can obvs change their minds, but I haven't. How do I stop myself from resenting him later in life?

I still see myself with a big family. And it's not that I'm not happy with my two boys because I am, but I always thought there'd be more. I feel like I didn't appreciate my last pregnancy enough. I didn't know it would potentially be my last.

Thinking about this make me want to cry. I wanted to start trying again once Arnie was 1 so there's nine months for him to maybe change his mind.

He's jokingly talks about getting a secret vasectomy. And I already know how I'd respond to that. I don't believe he'd actually do it.

I actually think the trauma of Teddy's birth may have contributed to this, but there's no way of knowing.
