So I actually #weighed myself today. First time in a long time. I've been bloody terrible with my #food recently. Really struggled to keep it on a healthy level to make the most of the gym #gains so I weigh #16st10lbs #106kg not where I want to be at all but no where near as bad as I thought. I'm still about 15lbs down from my highest weight. So it's not all bad. I think it's finally given me a reason to get back to having some #willpower and sorting my shit out. I've got #10lbstogo until I'm at my first goal. 113.6 lbs down. I didn’t think this would happen. In my life. Ever. 19" gone around my waist and 20" gone in my hips. I am healthier and stronger now. I was in a place a little over a year ago where I had started showing signs of some early health problems. I realized that I needed to change and I was going to do whatever in my power to make my life and myself better. I feel more feminine and confident; but most importantly I am healthy. I feel a little scared showing this before and after; but I should not be ashamed of my progress. I am only 10lbs left from my weight loss goal. I know I will do nothing but get stronger from here.
