Today Alton Gaston arrived at the Garland DMV Mega center before 7:30am. Ten hours later at 5:30 pm he was just getting finished. Governor Abbott YOU appointed the Members of the DMV Board! HUNDREDS of people who arrived after him NEVER had the opportunity to see a DMV representative! The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles is so poorly understaffed and badly managed. This is a direct reflection of YOUR leadership. DMV services are getting worse not better. 12-30-19 People standing in line for 10 hours is a financial hit to their income. I am appalled so many people were not seen after waiting for 10 hours. Three board members term ends in 2021. Do your job!
