I think my anxiety is why I "fall" for so many assholes. I get super duper anxious before seeing them and then feel totally fine once they're there. So I've associated the person with the removal of anxiety instead of recognizing that it's just my brain realizing that everything is fine.
I'm at a bar waiting for my date, texting my boyfriend, and checking out the cute bartender. What is my life.
Thank you, Facebook, for letting me kill an hour and a half without even trying. My favorite part was watching Ariana Grande sing random songs/genre combos with Jimmy Fallon.

Motherfucker. My nerves are starting to feel like they're on fire because I'm anxious about tonight.
One of the things people never talk about in regards to anxiety is that, even if you're happy and excited, you still feel like you're gonna have a panic attack and puke because Too Much Emotion. So you spend a lot of time telling yourself not to get too excited, not to feel too much, because it is physically painful.
