Hello hello! I’m running on very few hours of sleep but for Mexico, lindo y querido, I really feel like sharing one of my favorite singers that I literally have cried to. He just recently passed away here in California after his LA concert. If you haven’t guessed it yet, it’s my baby Juan Gabriel. Oh man, what hasn’t this man accomplished? I just shared here a song he composed that Daniela Romo sang. He was a fantastic composer, quite prolific, && an amazing artist. Known as “El Divo de Juarez”, Juan Gabriel came from a really impoverished background && he took to singing && working at a club─El Noa Noa─in the early beginnings of his career. I know English has a shitload of “romantic songs” but the English language could NEVER compare to the beauty of Roman based languages. Ever. Spanish is such a lovely language && it’s hard to really pick one song of Juan Gabriel that is the most romantic song. 

Just before his passing, his last album was a bunch of his songs redone && they featured artists of his choosing to sing them along with him. I want to share a song featuring the lovely Natalia Lafourcade. Enjoy! **please listen to this song, even if it’s not your language, it’s soooo beautiful**
