Öncelikle markete gidip ihtiyaca göre patlıcan alıyoruz fakat burada dikkat etmeniz gereken bir husus var. Biliyorsunuz marketlerin indirim günleri oluyor, eğer o gün markete giderseniz patlıcanları 25 kuruş daha ucuza alabilirsiniz naçizane tavsiyem. Patlıcan seçerken dikkat etmeniz gereken diğer bir husus ise büyük ve dolgun olmasıdır. Bu çok mühim. Cılız badılcanlar(patlıcanlar) közlenme esnasında içine çekilip giderek küçülürler ve geriye de pek bir şey kalmaz. Bu nedenle daha gösterişli daha heybetli patlıcanları tercih etmeliyiz.
Aldığımız patlıcanları sirkeli suya koyup bir müddet bekletiyoruz. Önüne gelen herkes eline alıp mıncıkladığı için mikrop olma olasılığı çok yüksek. Bu mikropları sirkeyle savuşturduktan sonra havlu kağıdı ile kurutuyoruz. Ardından ocağa koyup közleme aşamasına geçiyoruz. Patlıcanlar közlendikten sonra harikulade bir salata yapabiliriz. Ben öyle yapıcam(yapacağım) çünkü.

It's weird how my new headphones and phone make me a bit less dysphoric. Like wtf was wrong with a white phone and a flowery phone case and blue headphones? Nothing. But somehow, having everything in black/gray feels better. Maybe it's because the old things were left over from my old life before I had even realized I was trans?
i am still in season two of Heroes (NBC), but there is a virus in this episode that kills 93% of the global population anddd.. :)
