hay, just wanted to say thanks for your response. been kinda down lately but you gave me some motivation ! đâ¤
hey!!! no problem sugar. I was really down during my ibs too. I was just sad all the time and really bringing myself down when I didnât get the results I wanted. I would scold myself for not getting anything right (which wasnât even true, I just wasnât achieving my exaggeratedly high expectations hehe) and make up in my mind that Iâd never be what I aspire to be and would never achieve my life goals.
But then I saw that my friends and family were starting to get sick of me being that way and that my âdepressionâ was getting into them as well, not just me. So then i thought like wtf why am i even feeling this way, I could be feeling so so much better. Then I learned (slowly) to just be as chill as possible during stressing times. Make up a list in your mind of the most important things in ur life like this: 1. My health, 2. My family, 3. My friends, etc, and youâll realize exams and school donât even rank that high and that youâre letting something that ranks like 5th in your life list interfere with your number 1, 2 and 3s. So just stay chill, stay strong and stay fab hun ⨠errything will be ok i promise
LMAO sry for the long ass text
