Ugh, I know. The marketing team for “All The Wrong Questions” had a tendancy to hype up Jacques’ possible apperance in the last book but nothing came out of it. There are only two mentions of Jacques in the series:

“But sir—” mysister was saying, but I had to interrupt her again.“Give Jacques myregards,” I said, which was a phrase which here meant two things. One was “Imust get off the phone.” The other thing the phrase meant was exactly what itsaid.[When Did You See Her Last?, Chapter One]
