Sınıfımı beraber geçirdiğim, daha dün şımarıp oynadığını gördüğüm sınıf arkadaşım motor kazası geçirmiş dün akşam. Daha öncesinde sağ döndüğü için yine döner dalgasını geçeriz sanıp kimse dememiş bir şey. Döndü ama tabutuyla... Okulu ekip cenaze evine gittim. En azından bunu borçlu hissettim, çünkü inanmadım. O kadar ani oldu ki hiç inanmak istemedim. Annemin izin verdiği kadar bekledim ama gelmedi, dönmek için yola çıktığımda da cenaze arabasını gördüm. Ben gittiğim anda geldi. Arkadaşlarım yanımda olduğundan ses çıkarmadım, sabahtan beri tek damla gözyaşı dökmemiştim ama odama girdiğimde bir şey oturdu içime, yığıldım kaldım. Ne kadar yakın arkadaşlar olmasak bile, ölüm bu ya. Yutkunamıyorsun işte. Yakışmadı erken gidişin Salih... Yakıştıramadım ben, çok gençtin daha. Ölümün bu kadar ani bulması korkutuyor.

Today, Romano enjoyed not having any big plans that needed to be done.

Dark thoughts but I am coping. Needed regular beta blockers today especially in the morning I felt like I had a body full of snakes. Struggled to feel full at breakfast, I think I might be going through a higher calorie urge. The BBs are good but I do get a very dry mouth on them. I have a friend coming over tomorrow for lunch which will give me something to do tomorrow. I felt so weird earlier today now H has gone for the weekend I guess I can at least just feel bad openly. I wish I had reliable sleeping medication just so I was guaranteed an easy night though, last thing I need is a load of fuss. I slept so much last night but still feeling heavy. All the bio family drama has been winding me up today but I need to remember to re enact my boundaries with myself re. Not reacting to the false sense of urgency and panic and resisting pressure without lashing out. I feel I've been polite enough so far but it's on the line. In actuality I shouldn't really be responding at all until the weekend is over.
