The Short Sunderland was the first of five "War in the Air" pin-ups/features to be found in the later issues of Fury (this one from No. 21). They weren't original paintings for Marvel UK but were by Roy Cross and had originally appeared as Airfix box art. The Sunderland art originally appeared on kits around 1964.
