I HATE ab workouts too. What I do, and it usually works, is when I’m running, I flex my abs and focus on feeling my muscles. If you run long enough, you’ll feel it the next day :)
no but I love ab workouts! I love all workouts!! (except arms kinda) i just am worried i wont feel satisfied afterwards!! eeek. i do try that though thats a really good thing like remembering to just engage the  muscles! i did that for physio a lot when i fucked up my back but yeah idk im just confusing haah
