Lily’s mission was simple: get Ted and get out. The Death Eater’s had been one step ahead for too long, and while she wanted to believe Peter was their only spy, she couldn’t be sure of that. Besides, she needed answers. Who was actually behind her fiance's death, and who was it that actually killed him? How much of a role did Peter play, and more importantly, for how long had he played one. No matter how much Lily loathe to admit it, she also took Ted out of revenge. She knew he would have the information they needed, but she also knew that it would hurt the Black sisters, and that was a good enough reason for her.
As soon as the distraction was in motion, Lily found her way to Ted. He was easy enough to spot out, and amongst the chaos she moved swiftly and easily to him. Coming up behind him, she cast a stunning spell - quick and efficient - before quickly catching the dead weight of his body falling back. Before anyone could even see them, she apparated them out of the building and instead to the Order safe house.
Once she made it through the doors and down to the basement, Lily sent about putting securing wards around the space, ensuring that only a select few could get through. Lily put Ted down in the chair, and secured him to it with binds carefully. With the flick of her wrist, she made sure that her voice was disguised and her mask was carefully in place. The last thing she wanted was to give herself away, should the memory charm they intended to place on him fail.
Hearing rustling, Lily turned around, and greeted, “Good, you’re awake. I have some questions for you, but first,” she started, before grabbing the truth potion out of her pocket and bringing it to his lips, “Drink” Lily commanded, forcing it down.
