And yes, she absolutely would, lol. Actually, I'd want pretty much everything to happen the same way it does in the show, just with swapped roles. There are slight differences in character of course. For example, I imagine Changeling!Barb as a younger changeling, less experienced, but just as ambitious (or perhaps even more so.) And while she tries to be as smooth and suave as canon Strickler, she's too bumbling to pull it off half the time. She might feel a little more guilty about emotionally torturing Jim, too... But to me it's not all that difficult to imagine Barbara developing a mean streak when growing up in a cruel environment. After all, canon Strickler was a person with the potential for kindness as well.
