π : i think because jake sees him as an "outcast" and or a "problem", it would take lo'ak awhile to admit he's bisexual.
π : it majorly depends on what clan youre from for him to decide how and when he comes out, i think if you were omaticaya it would come more natural and metkayina it would take a little longer ( maybe a festival? perhaps turning this into a oneshot.. ).
π : kiri and spider clocked that he liked you first, and he would deny it until the second coming of eywa came home.
π : at a festival he would notice you with friends, coming up to meet with you and the both of you sharing your first kiss later.
π : dating came SO much easier after your first kiss.
π : he would stop by to watch you train, subtly fixing your positions or giving you tips.
π : sparring with him is like, his love language. he loves it. he loves being able to do something that is both: productive and fun, and with his boyfriend! what else could a sully want?

π : even when being in a serious relationship, the idea of making scares him. the idea of being permanently different makes him want to recoil, i dont think you would mate when your of age immediately because of it. itd take ALOT of convincing.
