Do you answer all submissions? Even if they're not necessarily asking for advice? I sent in two submissions a bit ago and at the end of each I said I was more of just needing to talk rather than asking for advice...well if you don't mind I'd still like them answered. We do answer all submissions regardless of content. Please don’t apologise about length; we don’t mind how long a submission is as long as it’s sent in as a submission!
I’ve searched through our ask box looking for those that match your description and they’re only about halfway down the box now, which means they might still take a while to be answered. If your submissions have really become urgent then please do let us know, maybe with a clearer description of what they talked about so that we can find them.
