It sounds frustrating that he follows you around like that. He must really like you, since he tries so much to go out with you. However, his behavior is not okay. You already said no to him. No means no. He shouldn’t get annoyed and continue his behavior after you said no. It sounds like he refuses to take no for an answer. If he follows you around at school, is there a teacher you could talk to? Perhaps you can tell a teacher that he follows you around and that he doesn’t stop. That way the teacher could have a word with him about his behavior. Blocking him on social media might be better too. I hope that he’ll leave you alone soon.
