On the previous topic, people like to treat nihilism as if it's the worst thing one can do. Which is simply not the case. I don't see life as meaningful, that doesn't mean I can't value it. I'm sure most people have valued something meaningless, anything. I am a very nihilistic individual, and I'm fine with it. It's comfortable. It's what makes me less afraid. If I don't have much to worry about, I will be less worried. I always thought that was common sense. I truely can't see how this is seen as an "unhealthy" mindset, when quite frankly, it's what keeps me alive at times.

I do not like people. By definition; I, and most of the others in this system, are misanthropists. I do not hate most people individually. I hate the species itself. Humans are disgusting, cruel creatures. There are good ones whom I tolerate. I don't hate you if I see no reason to. I have not met everyone, so I don't have a reason not to hate them. Generally, humans are filthy, they're awful. This has always been my mindset, at least as far as I can remember. I do in fact see myself as better than most others [though this may be an NPD thing - more than likely] and I can't help it. Any attempt at "changing my mindset" has always failed, in fact, most of the time it makes my dislike for that individual grow. How dare someone attempt to deny my nature? You give me more reasons to dislike you than not. Hm.

We acquired the book of bill for Christmas. Yippie.
