Day Twenty of #30dhs2k25: 143/100
This piece started out sorta as a normal Castle piece and then went fully off the rails. It makes sense though, there's supposed to be multiple notebooks of Castle's where his poetry is chaotic, truly tortured poet (tm). And given the subject, it fits!
Day Fourteen of #30dhs2k25: 107/100
Being meta as fuck today, apparently. Sat here for a solid fifteen minutes looking at a blank page till I wrote the poem. Castle has always been the personification of my writing muse so only fitting that I use him as a placeholder for me.
Day Three of #30dhs2k25: 102/100
Usually Castle pieces come easier to me, but I really struggled with this one today. But just like I keep telling everyone else taking this challenge with me, making it exist is the most important part. I'm not super satisfied with this one, but I still did it : )
Day Thirty of #30dhs: 177/100
Man this was a very touching experience for me, honestly. Being able to push myself to write l pretty consistently is a huge accomplishment for me. I hope to make this challenge even better next year! And hopefully pick up some new people to join me on my journey too : )
