disclaimer: I am very aware that many trans people, at some point or other, had similar experiences (that's how the stereotypes started I suppose)

what I object to was the sheer number of them

what I object to is a cis person telling a story full of stereotypes to a room full of cis people

what I object to is our hero not having any existence or character beyond these stereotypes

I pretended to be a teacher and the dinosaurs were pupils. I assembled spaceships and told epic stories of exploration and betrayal in my head. Chew on these apples)

the boy has a red dress and hair in two pony-tails. he cuts the hair and rips the dress. he puts a buckle on the dress. (I have already written about my relationship with clothing as a gender marker. look for it in the tag if you want to read it)

the boy kicks a football. he is good at it. (because of course he is)

the boy tries to pee like other boys do and he pees his pants (you stole this intimate story and you regurgiated it to other cis people so you can jerk off over the tragedy. you sicken me)

multiple bathroom stories

the boy wants a penis (follows one of the few scenes I actually liked, where winged dicks fly around our protagonist, supposedly implying he has dick on his mind. only for himself though. he is straight, obviously!)

the boy grows up and dresses like a girl (he resents it of course, and doesn't look womanly). what follows is a looooong scene of the boy trying to dance like a girl and failing miserably *cis audience laughs and hoots* (we all know why men trying to pretend to be women are funny, right? and kudos on sneaking that transmysoginy into a story about a trans dude)

pictures of the boy as a bride, and pregnant. *cis audience laughs, pregnant men are funny and inconcievable!*

gruesome prolonged scene about the operation complete with pictures of bloody scissors. both chest reconstruction surgery and phalloplasty implied. (sure hope he didn't get that done around here, local doctors suck at creating neo-penises)

the man starts taking medication. a scene about pills. he takes pills daily. medication. (very shocking! imagine being on medication for the rest of your life! I bet literally no one on the planet can relate)
