01. mutuals only, heavily selective. blogs i don't see myself, or illyana, interacting with will be hard-blocked to avoid any confusion that soft-blocking may bring. this is not personal, please do not take offence and please hard-block me if you'd rather me not follow as i have incredibly poor memory and may mistakenly refollow - the same goes for if you want to break mutuals. curate your space how you see fit. i will unfollow after a few days with no follow back (if your blog is active) to avoid accidentally interacting with your posts.

02. sporadic activity, low effort. this is a hobby and not a job. the motivation to write comes and goes, so please don't prod for replies or starters. however, i am always open for plotting through ims. i do have discord, which i rarely give out unless we've been frequently chatting on tumblr.

03. do not follow if you're below the age of 20. it's shrimply a personal preference. general dnf criteria that should be well known by now: bigots, transphobes, racists, zionists, antisemites etcetera are not welcome here. i don't care for petty drama, if i'm interacting with someone genuinely harmful please let me know. i do not support generative ai, don't interact with me if you use it for writing/graphics etc. i have my own personal list of media's i have no interest in interacting with, nor listing here. blogs with no alias/age listed anywhere will also not be followed.

04. there will be mature, potentially triggering topics present on this blog. including, but not limited to, gore, violence, torture, mentions of sa and body horror -- all we be tagged as ' / trigger tw. ' if this is not for you, please feel free to block. if you need anything specific tagging / if i forget to tag something please do approach me.

05. when it comes to actual writing, i tend to lean heavily towards second person, though will do the occasional third if the inspo hits. if i start a thread in one, it won't be changed halfway through. formatting is pretty basic. unlikely to use small text, it will really just be bold and italics. the occasional icon may be used but who knows. sometimes i go through periods where i struggle to write, but still enjoy plotting / posting hcs. if you prefer ic writing over plotting this may not be the blog for you.

06. i follow the illyana &&. storm comics for her origin, but everything else is kind of cherrypicked to suit my portrayal of illyana. some things will be reworked as i reread comics and see what i like and what i don't. though one change i do have is that she still rules over limbo, and she didn't give up the throne to madelyne pryor. i portray illyana as a lesbian also, so please respect that. duplicate friendly!! there are so many fun plots to explore for duplicate yana's. but i won't follow first to avoid making anyone uncomfortable!

FRANK'S COMICS ALSO FEATURE A LOT OF NARRATION -- THEY'RE PRETTY MUCH A WAR JOURNAL. SO SOME RESPONSES MIGHT HAVE A LITTLE FIRST PERSON NARRATION.

05. MY INTERPRETATION IS HEAVILY HEADCANON BASED. THERE'S A LOT OF INFLUENCE FROM THE PUNISHER MAX SERIES ( MAINLY HIM BEING CHOSEN BY DEATH ) ALONGSIDE A PLETHORA OF OTHER RUNS I'VE READ. THERE ARE SOME THINGS I WON'T BE PUTTING INTO MY INTERPRETATION AND SOME THINGS I'LL BE SHIFTING TO BETTER SUIT HOW I VIEW HIM. HE'S JUST MY LITTLE BARBIE. I TAKE NOTHING FROM THE NETFLIX SHOW AS I HAVEN'T AND DON'T CARE TO WATCH IT -- MY FRANK IS ALSO WITHOUT A FACECLAIM AS OF CURRENT.

06. HEAVY TRIGGER WARNINGS FOR VIOLENCE, GORE, DEATH, AND OTHER PUNISHER-ESQUE THEMES. FRANK LOVES WHAT HE DOES. HIS WAR IS THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS HIM BREATHING. HE DOES BAD THINGS — SADISTIC THINGS — BECAUSE HE ENJOYS HIS JOB AND HIS WAR IS EVERYTHING. HE'S RUTHLESS, HE'S DARK, HE WORKS ALONE, HE'S A HARD MAN TO GET ALONG WITH.
