second chances / tyde
Jude knew that keeping Tyson around after the cheating incident was a big risk. He knew it could make the other five dislike him or wonder whether he was the guy they thought they knew, but for Jude it was worth it. Tyson had been upset by what happened, he’d owned up to it, and he’d apologized. He opened up to Jude week after week, showing him all his flaws and weaknesses. Tyson was an extraordinary man who trusted Jude more than someone else in his shoes might. Jude didn’t take that for granted. He wanted to give Tyson another chance, even amidst rumors that Tyson and Carmen were going to keep in touch, because Tyson was sweet, and he was good.
Jude was meeting Tyson outside of their hotel, and he stood on a cobblestone sidewalk facing the awning and the magnificent lobby in his best jeans and button down shirt in hopes of looking casual, but dressed up. It was a strange line to walk - they’d be doing a little of everything on this date today. Jude’s hair was tied back in a ponytail at the nape of his neck and he waited eagerly for Tyson to join him downstairs.
