Hi nonny, I'm doing well, how are you? Ready for 2026? (also sorry for the late response to this ask). I love this question but this is so hard to answer without sounding very basic but I legit just use the pooklet method, I look at the sim, and just decide which type of vibe they're giving me. Sometimes, a sim gives me a vibe and then, when I'm playing them, they're so different then what I was imagining it so at that point I just change them. That's the beauty of the sims. For example: Take my sim Benji. When I created him, he was giving me space boy and alien obsessed but, I couldn't be more wrong when I started playing him. First off, he barely chooses to use the telescope, his one true hobby was music and he loves the dj booth and the synth (like my guy does not leave it alone, he chooses it over eating sometimes) so I gave him a makeover so now he's a like a soundcloud rapper, a bit of a loser, but with a heart of gold. About the face details: I'm pretty sure that everything I use is from lilith-sims, I have a lot of nosemasks and makeup. I think teeth cc give a lot of personality, here's some that I use: 1 and 2 And subtle wrinkles also help, this is one that I use. Now about the default replacements: Hard to say, but I'd reckon I have replaced about 70% of everything. I have kept some stuff because I either didn't like the options for replacement available or I just thought the maxis stuff was iconic. For example, I have kept most (if not all) of the original NightLife clothes - they're just too iconic, how can I replace them? And most of the FreeTime, H&M stuff, and maybe some bits and bobs of others. Sorry if this was too convoluted, I get yappy about sims and my sims in general. I hope it can help in any way??

sim content might be a bit slow from now on too, but just know i'm still lurking. Also if anyone still plays acnh here, give me a shout!
