“so since you’re a crown prince-” she hummed, leaning against the the cold metal of the equipment he was using. “-do you have a lot of business to deal with? because i’ve seen more of you than my brother since i got here.” nika wiped the sweat from her brow with one of the hotel towels, before reaching for her water bottle. “or are you just not very good at this whole thing?” ( @rcwens​ ) 

“right, so why am i here?” she looked the very picture of a disinterested participant, even though she didn’t feel it in the slightest! the text had come as she was staring unseeingly at the television in her hotel room, perhaps even nodding off. what ever rowen had in mind for the afternoon’s activities, it was far better than sitting alone in her room ( or later in the evening at the bar ). “are we going somewhere?” ( @rcwens​ ) 

it was the eve of her first week in argentina and she has been drinking or drunk for approximately 40% of the time. nika certainly doesn’t know what that might make her, but as she downed yet another shot of passable vodka she realised she doesn’t quite care. her fingers closed on her phone but suddenly felt it slip out of her hand, clattering upon the bar and down to the floor. nika let out a graceless little grasp as her eyes tried to spot the offending object in between the shoes of the man seated by her. “fucking- ah! sorry sir, my phone seemed to have run away from me... it’s right there between your feet.” surely he would prefer to get it himself rather than have her rummage around in the dark! ( @rcwens​ ) 

“they keep looking at my hands, waiting for a fucking ring!” her voice rose higher somewhat, enough for some of the maids in the corner serving her tea to jump in guilt. nika could barely see her toes peaking out from over her belly as she laid down on the chaise, back hurting and irritable     always irritable. “anyway, are you staying for dinner? i think they’re cooking that thing you like... i know what it is     i just refuse to say out loud with my pronunciation.” ( @rcwens​ )
