Hi!! sorry for the late reply and the lack of links but here’s what i used;
It’s the “piltover skin” and “main character freckles” by @/esotericas-sims
along with @/okruee “misc details” for the nose contour
and @/nothernsiberianwinds for lip liner (i forget the name)
As for the reshade, it uses the comic effects which may make my sims look more cartoony
