 [ISLA] My period hasn't come yet... What are the odds I'm pregnant?

[ISLA] Why is this taking so fricken long?

[ISLA] *gasp* Holy. Shit.

[OWEN] *in disbelief* You're joking?

[ISLA] No, baby. I took two other tests.

[ISLA] *smiles* We're going to be parents, Owen. If that's what you still want...

[OWEN] *smiles, still in shock* Oh Isla…

[OWEN] *smiles bigger* Yes! Holy shit, yes! We're going to be parents!

[ISLA] Oh my love!

[ISLA] *pulls Owen in closer* The timing isn't ideal...

[OWEN] We'll make it work, my love. I'll do anything for you and our baby, absolutely anything.

[OWEN] *reaches for Isla's hand* More importantly, how are you feeling? Do you want still want this? We've talked about having kids, but we need to be on the same page.

[ISLA] *holds Owen's hand presses forehead against his* I'm thrilled, and yes, I still want a family with you. I love you, Owen. And our baby is going to be so loved by the best father.

Kathleen and Will's Wedding Reception

Lighthouse Wedding Venue, Brindleton Bay

[MIGUEL] What a beautiful wedding! They both look amazing and so happy, huh?

[|SLA] *deep sigh* Yeah.

[MIGUEL] Isla... How are you and Owen doing?

[ISLA] *sighs disappointedly* We're doing really good...

[MIGUEL] *is confused* Wait...You make it sound like it’s a problem that things are getting better?

[ISLA] It's just...When I tell him that I need something in our relationship, he does what I ask him... Do you know how boring it is after almost 7 years together? He keeps bringing up marriage and I keep stalling, but he still wants to be with me.

[MIGUEL] Wait... So he wants to make you happy, so he actually listens to you and you're bored? Isla, do you love him still?

[ISLA] God, Miguel! Of course I love him! You wouldn't understand - your longest relationship was with Adam and it was 2 years.

[ISLA] Fucking hell, Miguel! What makes you think I'm stringing him along?

[MIGUEL] Are you even listening to yourself right now? You're bored and are stalling on getting married to Owen.

[ISLA] Whatever. I just need something new and exciting in my life.

[ISLA] I shouldn't have said anything. I need you in my corner as my best friend and cousin, Miguel.

[MIGUEL] I am in your corner, Isla. I understand needing excitement. Look for a new job, get a puppy or take up a new hobby. Do something to add spark and excitement into your life! I just beg of you to not hurt Owen. He's an amazing guy and he really loves you.

[MIGUEL] Anyway, think about it. *gets up and leaves*

[ISLA] Hey, O.

[OWEN] Hey beautiful. Is everything okay? I just saw Miguel walk over to the bar and he looks upset.

[ISLA] *hugs Owen* Yeah, just work and Adam-related stuff. Once he gets a drink in, he'll be fine.

[ISLA] *whispers in Owen's ear* I love you, Owen.
