juancho (julia's little brother) wanted to come over to share some big news- he has a girlfriend and she's pregnant!

Those who are justifying/excusing Irene’s behavior have obviously never worked in customer service or client-facing position. Stop excusing her for having a bad day or whatever, just stop. We all have our bad days but we don’t all take our anger out on innocent people for 20 minutes straight to the point where they cry. She’s not a “feminist queen” for making the stylist, who is ALSO a woman, cry. I’m not saying she should be cancelled or kicked out or whatever, but there’s no excuse for being verbally abusive.
