hhhhh god. i was wondering if i dont graduate could i just get a job to be able to stay in the country? and the answer is NO!! you CANNOT transfer from a student to work visa. if you want to switch visas you have to go to your home country and then apply for a new one. (unless you graduate, then youre allowed 18 months to find a job but that doesnt help me here)
so id have to go back to the us and apply again for a job seeking or (if i somehow had a work contract, which i wouldnt) a work visa. which are both already hard to get but they probably wouldnt give it to me given how i didnt graduate and didnt complete my LAST visa SOOOO
plus i dont know if theyd allow me to come back and give me another student visa if i wanted to try again later. and i also dont WANT to do this again.
now i REALLY cant fuck this up or drop out or it would be Very Hard to get back into the country and i REALLY dont want to move away from my partner for who knows how long
so that makes things SO FUCKING MUCH MORE STRESSFUL??? FUCK
I HAVE to graduate now but GOD i just. hhh.
