Jude didn’t know much about Carmen yet, but that wasn’t for lack of trying. She was beautiful, though seemed a bit young, and though he knew she loved her career as a flight attendant he still had hope that they could start something together. She seemed bright and bubbly and the perfect kind of girl to have in Bee’s life, so he was excited to have a one on one date with her and see where things went.
In planning his date with Carmen, Jude made a few assumptions because he still didn’t know much about her, but he hoped she’d enjoy their date anyway. They didn’t even have to take a car to their first spot, and he’d made sure she knew to wear walking shoes for their date. Now he stood out on the sidewalk, facing the front doors of their hotel, waiting for Carmen to appear. He couldn’t wait to have a first date with her in Paris.
