here is another build! this time, i wanted to make a rental lot :). all units are the same floorplan (see below). only the bathroom and kitchen (plus washer and dryer) are "furnished". i am currently building for my own let's play this is going to be my legacy's first residence. i see nordhaven as an extension of windenburg hence the tudor-esque build.

build details 3 units (2bd, 1ba) 20x15; original lot is the old foundry in nordhaven cc included packs used: businesses & hobbies, cottage living, eco lifestyle, get together, vampires, for rent

previews taken with helgatisha's cottagecore gshade preset (i use reshade so yes, it's compatible) *disclaimer, my previous build post used my own personal preset w/ relight.

this is my first ever build upload! it is a complete shell (previews below), only the kitchen and bathrooms have relative furnishings (such as appliances and counter space).
