The Son of Vampa, Broly!
Raw power: ★★★★★ (I mean at his strongest it took a Super Saiyan Blue fusion to beat him down, that’s pretty strong.)
Formal Training: ★★ (Paragus probably did the best he could but he definitely didn’t have the right skillset to train Broly. He got more skill fighting Goku and Vegeta than anything he learned)
Combat experience: ★★★ (Pretty low for a Saiyan but before the movie he probably didn’t have to fight anything more than those big Spider things on Vampa.)
Willingness to kill: ★★/ ★★★★(When sufficiently enraged.) (Broly’s a nice boy, but he has a bit of a temper on him that’s hard to control sometimes.)
Previous victims: ★(Do big Spiders count as victims? Cause otherwise no-one. Unless Paragus was still alive when Broly transformed and got vaporized when he went Berserk with all those beams. But that’s a big if.)
