She just stared at him and he started to get uncomfortable with how her eyes were searching him. Penny sometimes had this uncanny ability to see right through him. Like she knew him. And he never could figure out how or why or what he was supposed to do with that feeling.

Sheldon sat next to her on the small sofa and couldn't help but notice how fragrant she smelled on that particular evening. But this wasn't a new thought, really. Penny always smelled good.

I haven't read Shenny fanfictions for ages and this morning, while I was sick and alone in my bed, I decided it was high time I started to read some Shenny perfection. But the big question was: "What am I going to read?" There's literally a million shenny fanfics (and now everyone wants to say with me "Literally? Literally a million shenny fanfics?" xD) and I didn't know what to choose. Normally, I would have chosen a complete fanfiction so that, you know, I don't get frustrated because "it's so good, I want the next chapter right now". But it's not a normal day, I'm sick. And I always do crazy things when I'm sick (like that day I had the flu and I moved all the furniture of my apartment because I wanted my bed in front of the window) and that's why I started to check the last updated fanfics. Yeah, and I can tell you now that was the best decision I've made today.

When I've read the summary of Pandora's Box, I told myself: "Okay, this is a story for me. Sheldon and Penny kissing behind Leonard and Amy's backs." So great for my anti-Lenny and anti-Shamy feels (insert Sheldon's-Batman-killing-the-Joker-smile gif here) :D

And I fell in love.

I could tell you it's because of the story itself. Having Sheldon and Penny doing dirty things while the two are in a relationship. I could tell you it's because Liz writes like a Goddess. I could tell you it's because of all the butterflies in my stomach this story gave me (and I swear, these butterflies were there not because of my stomach ache) "Choose me. I've chosen you." Okay, everything killed me in this fanfiction. Liz, if I could, I would give you an award for the most perfect piece of art I've ever read. You are so talented, your writing so flawless. You respected the characters so well, never OOC. And I love it when my mind can visualize the scenes.

I'm sorry because I didn't send a review to your story yet. But I hope you'll forgive me with that post <3 (I really wanted to make a gifset out of your story and this scene in 1x17 was perfect for that) Oh, that scene precisely reminds me something! I love the parallel that can be made with that 1x17 scene and your fanfiction. Remember Shrodinger's cat?

Sheldon: Just like Schrodinger’s Cat, your potential relationship with Leonard right now can be thought of as both good and bad. It is only by opening the box that you’ll find out which it is.

Penny: Okay, so you’re saying I should go out with Leonard.

Sheldon: No, no, no, no, no, no.

So when I read this in your story:

"Now the door had been opened. Pandora's Box. And he didn't know how to close it."
