Uluçay proved that she joined İbrahim's hasekis in January 1645 with an edict written to the Darüssaade ağa, which included the sentence "... furnishing the room of the new haseki Ayşe Sultan". She is not found in Sicill-i Osmani and Alderson. — Necdet Sakaoğlu, Bu Mülkün Kadın Sultanları

Her name was Aşub Sultan, Ashub, Saliha Dilaşub. In a palace document dated 1690 when she was the Valide Sultan, in which a pair of earrings with diamond clasps, pearls on the straps and a diamond in the middle was recorded, she was mentioned as Aşübe Sultan. Alderson states that for the information in Silahdar's History that she died at the age of 90 to be true, it is necessary to accept that she was 40 years old in 1640, when she was presented to İbrahim; he also stated that this was impossible in terms of Harem traditions. Dilaşub, who was taken to the palace and whose nationality is unknown, was one of the first hasekis of Sultan İbrahim. The definition of "old, mad, dissolute and naïve" in the sources is also thought-provoking in terms of Harem rules. She gave birth to the second prince Süleyman on April 15, 1642, 105 days after her co-wife Turhan Haseki gave birth to Şehzade Mehmed (IV). Naima, without specifying her name, said, "The fifth haseki was bestowed [the revenues of] the province of Hamid"; this haseki was Mahienver; it is learned from an edict of Sultan Ibrahim's, dated May 2, 1646 (16 Rebiülevvel 1056), that "for the furnishing of the room of the Fifth Haseki Mahienver Sultan, the bezirganbaşı Yusuf" took some belongings from outside. "Haseki-i sani" (Second haseki) of Sultan İbrahim, mother of Ahmed II. Hatice Muazzez was also called Hatice Sultan. Her nationality, place, and date of birth are unknown. The oldest document, dated 9 August 1642, containing her name, is a order of Sultan İbrahim to bring goods from the Tersane Mansion to furnish her room in the Harem. It can be estimated that "Haseki-i Sani Hatice Muazzez" was 18-20 years old when she gave birth to İbrahim's third prince, Ahmed. In the History of Naima it is stated that she is the second haseki of Sultan İbrahim, and on 6 Zilhijce 1052 (February 25, 1643), "Haseki-i sani Mu'azzez Hanım was delivered of a prince named Sultan Ahmed to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim". -- Necdet Sakaoğlu, Bu Mülkün Kadın Sultanları 

The last of the great valide sultans of this period, Turhan Sultan, had in some ways been a weak candidate: spurned by her spouse Ibrahim and dominated by her mother-in-law Kosem, she had been haseki in name only. Nurbanu had no doubt been recognized and honored as the head of Selim's princely harem. When she arrived in Istanbul in 1566 to become head of the imperial harem at Selim's accession, the Venetian ambassador Jacopo Soranzo commented that "the Chassechi [haseki]... is said to be extremely well loved and honored by His Majesty both for her great beauty and for being unusually intelligent." Nurbanu's prestige persisted even after Selim began to take other concubines, for in 1573 the ambassador Andrea Badoaro was still reporting that "she is called the cassachi and is much loved by his majesty." — Leslie P. Little is known about Murad's consorts. One of the recorded concubines was Ayşe. American researcher Leslie Pierce says it is quite possible that Murad settled on one consort until fear for a male heir compelled him to take another. Alessandri claims that Murad's "wife" was of Greek origin. According to what he describes, she was not a woman "beautiful in body and soul like her mother-in-law Kösem".
