Vladislav Chekov and Yuliana Fedorova were wed early one summer morning in 1890. Officiated by Priest Aleksiy Kordochkin, the ceremony was small and attended only by the couple's immediate family.

With what money he had to spare, Vladislav took Yuliana into the city to celebrate their recent nuptials! While their honeymoon was brief, it was fruitful, and the couple spent time promenading the streets, admiring furniture they certainly could not afford, and enjoying one another's company.

The spring had come without rain, and the dry summer had only worsened things. Still, Vladislav rose early each morning and tended to what crops he'd managed to salvage.

The Chekov Farm stands sturdy in the Eastern Russian countryside and has housed the Chekov family for several decades. Vladislav, the only surviving child of impoverished farmers, inherited the homestead after his parents' passing.
