It was his cousin. They had always been close, which wasn’t really any different during their first year of college. “You should take pity on your sad dateless cousin and dance with him.” He held his hand out for her. A little eyebrow lift to go along with it. As close as they were, he felt like they hadn’t gotten to spend enough time with each other.
