hii! for the generator, is there any way to do gradient (like 2 or more colors) on it??
just wondering because i couldn't see any way to do that!
hi, i'm not sure there is a way to do it elegantly in a way that would also translate into a tumblr post, so i do think it'd have to be done manually. i'll do a little tutorial under the cut but if you look up "gradient text tumblr" you'll find different tools and methods that probably do that much better.
either in your photo editing program of choice or this website, pick a color gradient that you'd like.
now type the text you'd like into the space generator! the shorter the easier tbh because we are about to count letters
now we have to select every letter by hand and give it the according color in the gradient. you can either colorpick them from your photo editor gradient, or in the website above, click into the percentage bar and make as many colors as you have letters. for me that'll be 24 times total.
you can already see how the color hex codes are automatically getting listed on the right! we are now going to copy them and paint each letter in the according color :)
select the letter, press the font color option, go to custom color (the little color pallet in the bottom right) and paste the hex code from the gradient!
i made it bold to see better but this would be the result

It lead to fights, to shouting matches about how far off the other's aim had been, to showing of their skills to each other. It lead to explaining how the other could improve themselves. Aim and accuracy for their particular talents was a thing they both admired in each other, even if they both ran at the chance to show the other up in any and all training tasks.

So he joined in, raised a gun at his fellow cadets just to give them both a chance to back away.
But it lead to getting in trouble together, to laughing and joking together. It lead to sharing quiches, and poking fun at each other for whoever was too slow to pick it up first.
It lead to questionable moments, and stolen glances, even as Maes claimed to have a girlfriend. He liked her, sure. It felt right. But it never felt right enough.
