All Bambi wanted to do was stay inside and curl up on their couch with their dogs ( and maybe their girlfriend if they were lucky ) for this god awful storm that Zeus himself seemed to call up with help from both of his brothers- the rains so heavy you know it was going to flood and seemingly red eyes watching you in the dark like souls of the damned waiting for you to take one step out of line. Alas Max being the guardian dog that he was needed more walks than his brothers ( Zowie was lazy for his mix somehow and Cujo well he was just Cujo ), so they slipped on his raincoat and theirs to take the dog for a brisk walk before heading back home to snuggle under warm and dry covers. It was an almost comical sight between the two, the much smaller Bambi compared to her dogs size, though he needed to be- he was after all a Tibetan Mastiff so that didn't just mean big it meant protective. Squinting through the rain as they walked around at a pace that wasn't running but it damn sure wasn't walking either, their eyes caught sight of two people having what looked like a conversation. Bambi squinted through the heavy downpour before they realized it was Dahlia and some random guy, who looked a bit to close to Dahlia's personal bubble for her liking. Giving a sigh and walking over with Max held tight by their side, Bambi gave a glance at the other- almost shoving herself in between the man and Lia with a small click of her tongue ( Max's alert command ) she gave a sickly sweet smile to the man for a single moment. "Hi there, I just need to have a quick talk with my friend- don't go anywhere" She said giving Max another two clicks ( meaning watch ) before turning her head sideway to look at Dahlia out of the corner of her eye. "Hi, how are you, I know it's been a while- skipping right past all of that are you okay?" Bambi wasn't in the mood to play around- she and Dahlia might not be close friends but that doesn't mean her code of conduct for how she deals with certain...people has changed.
