M!A: Ribbit has appeared in Jax's room, whole and safe and healthy (and they don't remember becoming abstracted). This lasts for as long as mun decides.
Thought the bunny could use some comfort after everything <3
Jax doesn't trust anything in this circus. Any number of times he's had a nightmare of his old and closest friend abstracting and awakened with traitorous tears on his face, and wishing the figments of his broken heart were real.
The mind played cruel tricks on you. Nightmares. Digital hallucinations... although those were more common when one was acclimating to the circus climate, they never truly left...especially a psyche as broken as all of theirs.
He knew abstraction was absolution, the equivalent to death here. And he knew death couldn't be undone.
"I know you aren't real..." Red and dark rimmed eyes stared at the youngest of the circus, sitting there in an achingly familiar frog legged position. "This is some trick of the circus, or hey, maybe I finally am going nuts. Maybe this is just what I'll see before I finally abstract too!"
"I don't really care right now..." He perched against the frog, who felt more solid than a figment. "I'll take whatever form of you I can get."
He was just too tired....
