[the phone has popped off the receiver, promptly spatting out a note, thins time written on notebook paper and nothing tying it together]

[it unspirals, reading a note, written in neat-n-tidy cursive, and in red office ink:]

"hey! it's Niko! the person in the phone(?) told me that i could send you notes through here? how have you been? i hope things have been calm for you :)"

[a few lines down there seems to be some sort of scribble- oh, it's...someone else's handwriting? this time written in blue ink:]

"Hey!!! this is stryker- Niko's amazing and awesome and cool bestie!!! Niko says that you're his friend from another universe or something?"

[the note smells funny, it seems to be written in scented ink]
