Hajime makes this exact face as he lets the message he received sink in. He’s happy someone took the time to read the message be pinned to Berry Bulletin at all, but what is he supposed to make of a message like this? After much consideration, he sends back the following message:

‘Thank you for contacting me. Could you elaborate a bit on your circumstances?’

                  ‘Elaborate on your circumstances’? He sure was formal. Eh, might as well reply as long as he has the free time. No harm done, especially since it doesn’t seem like he’ll be actually doing the job.

      After having his daily morning beverage (most likely coffee or orange juice) and refilling his bottle of water, Suigetsu notices a familiar set of eyes in this town full of strangers. The Byakugan, the kekkei genkai and optical blood line technique that allowed the user to see chakra points and have 360 degree vision. That vision could even see through walls. The Byakugan was even what the god of the shinobi world had used in her eyes. Suigetsu had been away for his world for so long that he had gotten caught up in his own thoughts. 

Although he recognized what kind of eyes the young lady was sporting, he didn’t really know who the person was. A little eager to know more, but trying to keep his cool about it, he sat his helmet back onto his scooter and walked over to the girl. 

“Umm.. hey. I couldn’t help but notice you have the Byakugan. What’s your name, or whatever?”

He pulled out his old ninja headband and showed it to her.

“Are you new here? I haven’t seen you around.”
