I don't know where people got the idea that Lilie's full name is "Lilie Shinomoto"? I see her often tagged or called like that but she's never been called that way in the story, and guess what, CLAMP refused to give or reveal a last name for her...
...in fact, the sticker that was given out at the CLAMP Exhibition (an event that saw CLAMP deeply involved in every aspect) with her memorable phrase reports her as only "Lilie", whereas any other character is indicated with their first and last name. If they had any intention to call her that way, they would have done so right here ☝️.
I don't think it's right to "assume" and give for granted that she's called like that, especially if the author doesn't call her that way, because that's how misconceptions and incorrect info spread around in the fandom for years (and are hard to eradicate...), without even considering that it's very likely "Shinomoto" is just a part of Akiho's fake name. It doesn't mean her parents had that family name (nor that the Clan had it either, since CLAMP also always carefully avoided giving them a general family name valid for everyone).
