Dinner Date
Sage was apprehensive as she arrived at Fire & Brimstone to meet Lennox. She knew what they were going to discuss, but she had no reason to believe they’d accomplish anything tonight. How many times had they had this argument? And they were still no closer to a solution. They couldn’t deny their feelings for one another; when they were younger, Sage had never imagine she’d marry anyone else. But as it became clear that Lennox would never get over his commitment issues, she’d had to move on. But neither of them could truly accept that. But maybe tonight would be different, she told herself, trying to be optimistic. She strolled up to the hostess station for their reservation, and followed the woman over to the table that was set aside for them. @lennox-bishop​
