Like, I feel like nothing feels real at the moment. Like I'm just watching TV in my own head. Make sense? Maybe?

I dunno if it's an anxiety thing, or I'm just really tired and mentally drained for the day, or something, but literally nothing feels set in reality. Spacey. I think that's the word I'm actually looking for.

Leaning closer to anxiety because having the slightest symptoms of the oncomings of it. Chest tightness, irritability, having an insanely hard time—like time is moving at a different pace. Like everything feels more sluggish, but lights are too bright, and sounds are more aggravating than normal.
