Naan Bread (9 pieces)
I really like Currys and most of the time I am thinking about what to eat as a side dish... I like rice and bread, but I don’t wanted to buy Naan bread... because you don’t know what’s really in them and they are expensive too... so I decided to make them myself. Fast, easy and really delicious!
Here is the original recipe: http://www.littlespicejar.com/2-ingredient-naan-flatbread-garlic-naans/
Hint:
You don’t have self-rising flour? No problem!
I did not have self-rising flour at home, so I just added a 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 3/4 tablespoon of baking powder to the flour and add the greek yoghurt. Afterwards I let the dough rest (covered) in a warm place (next to the heater).
During baking the Naan
Pay attention and be aware of the heat. Preheat the pan, till it is really hot and set it to a medium high heat. It is enough to bake the Naan for 2 Minutes on each side without adding oil! When you turn the Naan it will raise because it will get fluffy :)
