"Why would you ask that?"
He hadn't meant to sound so defensive. But Olaf had never been very good with feelings. Women? He was good with. Or so he thought, at least. He had certainly accumulated enough conquests to feel smug about it. But love was another beast entirely.
"I thought it was obvious. What more do you want? Should I write you a song, maybe? Or a poem?" He scoffed. "I can recite Romeo and Juliet for you." The irony in his voice was not enough to hide the fact that, perhaps, if she asked, he would do these things for her.
