Phoenix walked up to the patient bed in the emergency ward, a slight smile appearing on her lips as she spotted the other, a repeat patient. “Long time, no see, how long has it been a week, maybe two?” She spoke out as she begun to examine them, “Want to give me a basic description of what happened?” She asked, knowing it was likely a fight, but wanting more details.

“it sure is. why do you look so shocked? i thought you’d like it.” phoenix spoke out as she looked to the other with curious eyes.

Phoenix had gotten home, showered to remove all traces of her shift and changed into nicer attire, at least more comfortable attire. She had sat down on one of the dining room chairs, playing some soft music. It was her way of calming down after a rough shift. When she heard a knock on the door she jumped slightly, “Uh... It’s open...” She spoke out softly.

She heard the knock on the door and a smile spread over her lips, moving to the door she opened it, “Hey Kaden.” She hadn’t dressed up too much for their hang out, in fact she was wearing a tank top and some shorts, pretty basic. “I’m just making some food, so come on in.”

Phoenix sat in the booth looking toward her hands, her hands were clean but in her mind she could still see the blood on her hands, the blood of her lovers past. You would think she would stop falling over and over again but she couldn’t, it wasn’t possible for her, she always fell madly and deeply. She was broken from her trance when a person came over to her and she looked up, they seemed like a vision in her eyes as she licked her lips. “Yes?”
