but like basically?? it’s the idea that ‘force angels’ exist, beings that exist on the edges of wild space and in the dark beyond the edges of the galaxy, beings made of stars and stardust and intrinsically tied into the force. pilots who’ve flown near the edges have claimed they existed forever but there is no proof but word of mouth, a urban legend and such. and there was one of these beings that was interested in mortals for millennia until it decided to be reborn as a mortal, how this worked i have no idea but it was reborn as one poe dameron.

and he’s perfectly human and still completely kes and shara’s son but there has always been something odd about him. he was never force sensitive really but the force loves him for lack of a better word, he spent more time in the force tree then any other and it always seemed to respond to him. force users can sense this oddity, not bad just odd, about him. and sometimes if he sits still to long and stares at the stars you could almost imagine there is a glow to him and his eyes sometimes shine with the stars and he flies like he belongs among the stars.

a being made of the force reborn as a normal human, born because that being was so curious in mortals/humans and loved them so much it wanted to experience life as they did. it didn't make poe a force user but he can't escape his nature (can’t escape he’s a physical manifestion of the force itself), how the force reacts to him and he doesn't even realize, it's as natural as breathing to him the warmth and life of the galaxy he thinks everyone can feel. doesn’t know any of this, only knows how he’s always felt.
