Of course, while she loved her job, it felt like EVERYTHING was conspiring against her, that afternoon... The truck delivering the food shipment for the academy breaks down, so she, and a bunch of the other teachers had to drive over to help deliver the goods, themselves, she gets a nasty case of food poisoning after class, courtesy of picking out an iffy sandwich during lunch, AND her AC breaks down...

As a result, she's been having...an honestly miserable experience, for a good bit. And worst of all, her charger stopped working in the middle of the night, so she had to do all of this with a dead phone. Ended up having to head out to buy a new one, even when she was feeling like garbage.

Again, not very fun... Luckily, the worst of it seems to have passed, after a nice shower.

...Oh, hey, a missed call from Chloe. And a Voice Mail, too... Karaoke?
